A.E. Dor VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac Reviews

You Never Can Tell!

What a cracking good cognac this is! As a confirmed single malt whisky fan of many years I have lately been trying many other types of spirits - rum, calvados, Armagnac, cognac etc with varying results. I chanced upon this offering after wanting to sample some of the smaller cognac houses - rather than the Diageo type cognac houses. What a find it is and obviously made by a company with high values. Not as sweet or as 'modern' as many cognacs it has a more rustic taste with superb overtones of chocolate, dark rum and apricots. A great cognac and very good value.
