Perrier-Jouët 2007 Belle Epoque - Jero (3L)
Talk about getting the party started. This is a jeroboam, meaning it contains the equivalent of four bottles of Champagne. It's named after Jeroboam I, a Hebrew king from the bible. Not only is it massive, but it looks gorgeous – those art nouveau flowers are painted on by hand. The contents are pretty special too, Belle Epoque is the prestige wine from Perrier-Jouët. You'll make yourself mighty popular if you turn up with one of these.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red berries, citrus fruit and apple combine with richer notes of honey, marzipan and toasted croissant, and the most marvellously delicate little bubbles.
