Demi-sec Champagne from the fantastic House of Lanson, made with 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier wines. The bumped-up sweetness of this expression makes it a fine choice for pairing with tasty desserts, but should also make for a fine partner to all manner of baked goods.
