2015 was a great year in Champagne. This vintage wine from Mumm is a blend of the three main champagne grapes, pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay, to produce a rich, well-balanced wine that would be great with shellfish especially.
On the palate there's a mixture of pear and peach with orange blossom and then richer notes of brioche, orange peel and hazelnuts.
