Made predominantly of Chardonnay grapes, with 13% Meunier, this rosé Champagne from Telmont is a gorgeous expression of its 2015, 2014 and 2013 reserves. A characterful and complex rosé from the sustainability-focused producer, which recommends it as a pairing for Parmesan, although an aged Gouda would work spectacularly well here too.
Beautiful peachy blush coloured, with fresh pastry and ripe berries. More juicy berries on the palate with a hint of almond. Complex finish, a very sophisticated bottle.
