A brilliant calvados from the wonderful Morin, this 30 year old expression was released to commemorate the three generation working together at the family-run house. The well-aged bottling saw three decades in oak, so makes for a rich post-dinner sipper.
Polished oak, stewed orchard fruit and dark chocolate, with a touch of underripe pear.
