This is a great flavoured cachaca which makes very good caipirinha. I discovered this in Brazil some years ago and haven’t had a good one in a bar in the UK since. Having recently had some excellent Caiprinha’s in Sicily this month I came home and decided to make my own. This brand of Cachaca doesn’t disappoint. It’s very smooth with just the right level of flavour for cocktails. Will definitely buy again.
My wife and I discovered caiparinha when dining at Las Iguanas. It's become our evening drink of choice and this is the cachaca we always use, always delivered in good time and in good condition.
