Macieira

All the way from the 1970s comes this bottle of Macieira 5 Star Brandy. You can still get your hands on bottles of this brandy produced today, and it has been made in Portugal since the late 1800s (although back then they called it a Cognac, which wouldn't go down well these days).
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

Since the first time my late grandfather introduced me to this brady. It is the only Brandy i drink. Best tasting Barndy on the market. No other Brandy will ever enter my bottle collection. EVER My pallet will never taste anything else.
We love Maciera 5 star Brandy along with Anis Escarchado, which we make the cocktail Sollysombro. we discovered this in Portugal a few years ago. the British equivalents are far too strong, so we have to only the above.
