Pontoon No. 32 Erskine Cocktail 50cl

Inspired by 1930s aviation (and the drinks of the time, obviously), Pontoon's range of bottled cocktails let you enjoy a finely crafted tipple at home. The Erskine is made with 5 Year Old Cider Brandy, Red Crane Rye, Gran Classico, Gancia Rosso, Peychaud's Bitters - a modern take on the classic Boulevardier with a West Country twist and named after Erskine Gwynne, editor of The Paris Boulevadier in the 1930s.

These stylish bottles will make 5 decently sized cocktails, and very simply, too. For the Erskine, you'll want to stir a serving over ice, strain it into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
