Another fabulous idea from the Pinkster team! A lovely little tipple, making use of local raspberries, which are leftover from making Pinkster's fabulous gin, combined with elderflowers foraged from the hedgerows of East Anglia. Delightfully seasonal and fresh, this will bring some zing and colour to any serve – and is just perfect for making some snazzy Spritzes!
