Bittered Sling Plum & Rootbeer Bitters
Delicious Canadian bitters made by chef Jonathan Chovancek and mixologist/sommelier Lauren Mote. This plum and rootbeer blend does exactly what it says on the tin: a balance of sweet and savoury that adds zing to a Mai Tai or Tom Collins. Delicious with Cognac-based serves, too.
