I love this! Used in a Mescal Manhattan and it was beautiful.
Just loving the difference in profiles - the moondog latin isn't a typical "chilli" bitters - doesn't taste like "fire" - tastes like floral, bitter and complex peppercorns and herbs - incredible with tequila, mezcal and whisky.
Combined with their chocolate bitters, it's like an age-old mole sauce built in a small Latin town - the flavours are green, well spiced and earthy.
