The latest brilliant bitters instalment from foodie/boozy Canadian duo Jonathan Chovancek and Lauren Mote, Bittered Sling’s Kensington Aromatic is amped up with resinous spice, rooty and citrus flavours for an intensely herbal concoction. Perfectly tasty in any cocktail that calls for ‘aromatic bitters’, but especially delicious with oak-matured spirits. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, pop a few drops in your slow cooker and transform your dinner...

This may be the ultimate aromatic- like Ango on steroids and without the sugar, more dynamic and full spectrum spice. An amazing addition to my home bar.

Try in a Penicillin, Milkshake or Lassi - outstanding! This is such a powerful and expressive aromatic bitters - super cool!

These bitters do what they are supposed to - they're bitter, and add wonderful character and complexity to anything with whisky - the classic cure-all

Really trying here. Got three bottles and am pretty disappointed. They all taste generally foul. I know a lot of muders were commited in Kensington, London... but must they be incarnate in flavour? Why do these bitters taste like death? One star because at least the name is cute.
