Wild Beer Kalamansification
The Wild Beer Co. in the south west of England took inspiration from the Philippines for its Kalamansification, a sour beer made with a host of citruses, including kalamansi! Alongside this intriguing fruit is orange zest, lime, guava, passion fruit, hibiscus and lactose, making for a bold, bright brew.

Tangy and zesty, with lots of orange, lime, and green apple notes. A hint of grassy malt underneath.
