A wonderful VSOP Bas Armagnac from Sempé in France, who have been making Armagnac for quite some time. Matured in oak barrels, this is a delightfully approachable spirit.
Plenty of dried fruit, raisins, prunes, and orange peel, with the oak influence coming through in vanilla notes, and a touch of leather.
