29 year old Bas Armagnac from Darroze's Unique Collection, produced at Domaine de Bertruc. The Unique Collection is a range of Armagnac from small producers in the regions, which most of us would be very unlike to taste without the help of Darroze. Surely that's worthy of a toast!?
Soft citrus and roasted nuts, followed by herbaceous tobacco and a whiff of petrichor.
