Blinking Owl Aquavit
Over in California, Blinking Owl was inspired by the aquavits of Scandinavia but wanted to put its own West Coast twist on the spirit. A base spirit of wheat and malted barley has been macerated with 10 botanicals, including dill, caraway, fennel and cardamom, with the final addition of the flower of Santa Ana, hibiscus! A brilliant digestif right here.

Green and spiced, with distinctive notes of caraway and anise, gentle cardamom spice and a floral hibiscus tang.
