It's the 2017 vintage of Terrasses de Baalbeck from the Massaya winery! Harvested at the foot of Mount Lebanon at 1,000 metres above sea level, the wine is made up of core of Grenache, supported by Mourvedre and Syrah, with some of the vines up to 20 years old! The wine is then rested in oak foudres for around 22 months before bottling, full of red fruit and dry oak.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Flinty notes of stone pebbles lead into macerated cherry, summer fruits and cranberry.
