Château Minuty Rose et Or 2025
Made from a blend of grenache, cinsault and rolle grapes, this is absolutely first-rate Provence Rosé right here. It sits somewhere near the top of the Minuty range, so it's a bit richer than you might expect and goes brilliantly with strongly flavoured food like ratatouille.
