Château Minuty Rose et Or 2024
Absolutely first rate Provence Rosé here made from a blend of grenache, cinsault and rolle grapes. This sits somewhere near the top of the Minuty range so it's a bit richer than you might expect and goes brilliantly with strongly flavoured food like ratatouille.

Floral white peaches with cherries, apricots, thyme, and an almond note on the finish.
