This is made by Burgundy legends Louis Latour but in a cool part of the Rhone valley south of the Burgundy region. It's aged for 10 months in French oak which gives it a nutty spicy quality. This is rich, fresh white wine that would be delicious served alongside skate in a brown butter sauce.
Tropical fruit, lemon and orange with vanilla, spice and hazelnut.
