Are you a fan of Puligny Montrachet, but your premium bonds didn't quite come good this month? If so, you are in the right place my friend. This epic 2021 chardonnay from Joseph Pascal punches so far above its weight. Try it with a nice piece of lemon sole or an asparagus risotto.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Buttery, rich, but incisive all at once. Lemon zest and honeysuckle abound, and the finish is redolent of some of the very best Chardonnay available. Really, we can't sing the praises of entry-level Bourgogne from this producer enough.
