This comes from Gevrey-Chambertin, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, and is made by Hubert Lignier. It comes from the warm 2018 vintage which produced a large harvest of high quality grapes. Good news for growers and customers! With four years in bottle this is delicious now but will improve for at least 10 years. Try this with boeuf bourguignon.
