From the family-run Domaine Chardigny, this is the 2018 vintage Saint-Amour, produced with Gamay gapes from the La Folie vineyard. The wine was aged in a combination of concrete, stainless steel and neutral oak barrels, so it's delicately well-rounded. Fresh pasta will work wonderfully with this one.
