Kit's Coty Bacchus 2019 Bottling Note

A charmingly fruity 2019 vintage white wine from Chapel Down! Produced with Bacchus grapes, hand-harvested in late September from Kit's Coty vineyard. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and then treated to nine months in French oak where wild fermentation takes place. An ace accompaniment to seafood salads and light risottos.
