The 2018 vintage of Chapel Down's English Rose (an English rosé - geddit?) is marvellously fragrant and fruit-forward stuff. The Kent-based winery has done an excellent job of creating a world-class wine in the Garden of England that is perfect for summer sipping.
Crisp red berry with a hint of tart raspberry and citrus giving it some pep. Cut grass and a touch of straw, followed by a hint of fresh melon.
