Caves d'Esclans The Pale Rosé by Sacha Lichine
A masterfully crafted Provence rosé, produced by Sacha Lichine of Château d'Esclans, who previously created the exquisite Whispering Angel series. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes harvested in the Vin de Pays Du Var region combine to create a classic, fruit-forward sipper with a delicately dry character and plenty of citrus zest. A top pairing for seafood on a sunny afternoon.
