From Caves d'Esclans, the same winery behind Whispering Angel, comes Rock Angel, a brilliant Côtes de Provence rosé made with made from grenache, cinsault, and rolle (vermentino) grapes. The winery states it boasts a more complex and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel, with hints of creaminess from oak ageing, mineral touches, and red berries.
