Description

A magnificent 2019 vintage Côtes de Provence Rosé from the masterful Château d’Esclans. Garres is produced with grapes from a single vineyard, including Grenache grapes from vines that are almost 100 years old. Fermented and rested in new French oak barrels for 11 months, this is an exquisite and impressive expression, a top choice for a special occasion.

Overall

An elegant balance of acidic zest and floral herbs leads, followed by vibrant summer fruits, delicate honey, and creamy, oaken vanilla. Drying undertones of earthen coffee bring depth, with soft spice and crisp minerality on the finish.
