A fabulous blend from Argentina's Bodega Atamisque, the 2017 vintage Catalpa Assemblage is made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot. Around 60% of the blend spent 12 months in French oak barrels, which the rest of the wine rested in stainless steel. The result is a full bodied, complex wine that holds its own alongside rich stews.
