From the Tavel AOC in France, which is the country's only appellation devoted to rosé wines, this is the magnificent 2021 vintage Le Crétacé from Alain Jaume. Tavel wines are known for having a rich and robust character, perfect for all seasons, they're superbly versatile for all manner of dishes, and we reckon this one would pair brilliantly with tuna steak.

Overall

Luscious and fruity with juicy watermelon, floral notes of wild strawberry, tangy raspberry, and peach. Delicate herbs bring a drying finish.
