The team at Woven pays homage to its home in Leith, a historic hub for whisky and wine merchants, with this blended Scotch whisky. Taking inspiration from blends of yesteryear and adding a modern twist, this comprises a selection of Speyside whiskies married in palo cortado and Pedro Ximénez sherry seasoned casks and boasts an impressively high malt content of over 70%.
