Description
Woven Whisky specialise in blended Scotch whisky. Expression N.12 - Echoes brings together six parcels of whisky to create a delightfully smoky and fruity expression, with Loch Lomond single malt and Highland grain whiskies making an appearance, along with some peated Speyside whisky. The blend was married in two separate casks (a sherry butt, and a hogshead that had held peated whisky) before blending together again.

Nose
Apple pie, with oaky vanilla, woody spices, and distant bonfire smoke.
Palate
Poached pears and plums, damp leaves, Maltesers, and earthy peat.
Finish
Lingering smoke, with milk chocolate.
