William Cadenhead 7 Year Old
A 7 year old single malt from an undisclosed distillery on Islay's famed Kildalton coast, independently bottled by WM Cadenhead. Spirit detectives might be able to figure out which distillery was responsible for this one. Not "spirit detectives" like "ghost detectives". Although ghosts are probably pretty smart, so they might be able to give you a few hints...
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Barley sugar, sponge cake, sea breeze and a hint of lemongrass.
Palate
Smoke comes to the fore - subtly mineral-y at points. Fizzy orange and peppercorn in support.
Finish
Lingering waves of bonfire smoke.
