Distilled in 2013, the whisky spent 11 years maturing in an oloroso sherry hogshead yielding a total of 307 bottles at a robust 59.8% ABV. While the distillery remains undisclosed, the Williamson name ought to provide a clue for any Islay aficionados out there...
