Wheated bourbon fans, behold this Full Proof expression from William Larue Weller! Produced with wheat rather than rye, this one has been bottled at 114 proof, or as we say it round these parts, 57% ABV. This whiskey has got all those smooth, grain-forward notes we know and love.

Nose

Lots of oaky vanilla, with hints of berry jam and buttery caramel.

Palate

Caramelised nuts, gentle oak spices and vanilla cream.

Finish

Baked custard with linger melted milk chocolate.
