A high rye straight bourbon from Kentucky's Wilderness Trail, this small batch edition follows a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley. Expect hearty notes of peppery rye spice here, alongside waves of zesty citrus, and buttery corn.

Nose

Cracked pepper and toasted rye bread, with buttered popcorn and caramel in tow.

Palate

Rich layers of toasted oak and flamed orange peel, butterscotch, and cinnamon sugar.

Finish
