Wild Turkey 12 Year Old Distiller's Reserve
Distiller's Reserve Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey is a special release, where father and son distilling team Jimmy & Eddie Russel have selected whiskey from their favourite reserves. Matured for 12 years, and bottled at 50.5% ABV (or 101 proof).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Plenty of caramel and spice, with some clove, ginger, and black pepper.
Palate
Brown sugar, fresh baked cookies, vanilla fudge, dark chocolate chips, and some candied orange peel.
Finish
Sweet spice, and warm, toasted oak.
