Here we have White Peak's very first release of whisky matured fully in Tawny Port casks. This Wire Works expression was aged in casks made at family-owned Dias Cooperage in Porto and then 1995 bottles were filled at 52.4% ABV.
Cinder toffee, red berries, caramel, espresso, and cinnamon.
Dark chocolate, marzipan, bonfire smoke, cherry, and fudge.
Hibiscus and vanilla.
