A splendidly indulgent offering from Derbyshire's White Peak Distillery! This lightly peated edition of its Wire Works English single malt was initially matured in bourbon casks, before finishing up in Port casks. With plenty of scrummy red fruit, leathery oak, rich spice, and peppery smoke, it certainly makes a satisfying sipper for a cosy evening.
