Wire Works Coastal Smoke
A maritime twist on White Peak’s lightly peated spirit, Wire Works Coastal Smoke marries complexity and balance through a dual maturation. Initially rested in first-fill bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill, it’s then finished in casks that once held peated Islay whisky. The result is a layered dram where tropical fruit and sweet smoke intertwine beautifully. Bottled at 50% ABV, this is coastal character meets Derbyshire craft.

Nose
Lemon meringue, baked vanilla cheesecake, and pineapple juice meet gentle campfire ash, smoked meats, and Murray mints.
Palate
Jaffa cakes, jelly sweets, banana, mango, peaches and cream, developing notes of fennel, rhubarb, and macadamia.
Finish
Sweet malt biscuits, lavender, and soft lingering peat give way to orange marmalade and sherbet zest.
