From the lesser-known White Oak distillery based in Hyogo comes this 10 Year Old whisky! The single malt spent its decade of ageing in a sherry butt, so it's a lovely jammy fruit affair, all bottled up at a generous 60% ABV. The bottle is even accompanied by a white oak cork coaster, just to tie it all together.
