A fascinating old rye from Whistlepig here matured for 15 years in a single cask and finished in estate oak from its home in Vermont. It was bottled at a hefty 52.5% ABV and has all the power, personality, and complexity you expect from this distillery.

Butterscotch, red berry sweetness, and chocolate chip cookies.

More bright and fruity complexity with raspberry, raisin, and cherry notes as well as rich caramel and baking spice.
