Living Souls 99&1 16 Year Old (Error #2) 70cl Whisky

This "mostly" unpeated single malt from the northern Highlands provided indie bottler Living Souls with a special opportunity to bring us a whisky born from a vatting error! A small amount of peated malt from the same distillery was added to the batch by mistake before re-racking into multiple casks. Just like straying from the marked trail on a Highland hike, it's proof that some of the best journeys begin with a wrong turn.
