Sherry
Westport is known for being a teaspooned malt, with a majority of the liquid coming from a single (undisclosed) distillery, and just a dash of whisky from another (also undisclosed) distillery. The giraffe on the label ought to provide a clue to its origins. This 2003 batch spent 21 years maturing, beginning in a refill sherry hogshead and finishing for over two years in a first-fill sherry hogshead before it was independently bottled by Decadent Drinks. A total of 228 bottles join the Decadent Drams collection.
