The gang at Decadent Drinks bottled up this Westport blended malt Scotch whisky to join the Decadent Drams collection. Westport is a teaspooned malt, meaning the majority of the blend hails from one undisclosed distillery, combined with just a smidge from another. Distilled in 2003, this expression began its 21-year maturation in a refill hogshead, then finished for over two years in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead for a juicy, velvety, rich profile. There's a giraffe on the label, with pockets full of teaspoons. What's all that about?
