There's a bit of background to this Westport, which refers to Glenmorangie whisky with a teaspoon of whisky from another distillery. The blended malt Scotch whisky is a release of only 300 bottles, which join The Macnab range from indie bottlers Heroes & Heretics. The range draws inspiration from the novel 'John Macnab', in which three successful men in their forties are advised by a doctor to turn to poaching, to try and get a bit of excitement back in their lives. How times have changed. Back to the whisky, which was distilled in 2006 and matured for 15 years in a hogshead. This particular bottle honours Cordings - a British country clothing brand.
