Bourbon
The first ever single malt whisky from the West Midlands, matured in a single first-fill Buffalo Trace bourbon cask. Made using a mix of Laureate and Plumage Archer barley and fermented with both EC1118 and Kveik Voss yeast strains. Expect a creamy, full-bodied dram with sweet shop charm and serious sipping credentials.
Butterscotch, soft caramel chews, and honeycomb crunch, with vanilla fudge and a gentle prickle of baking spice.
Creamy and rich with caramel and a dusting of clove, easing into crème brûlée and a nostalgic soda float note.
Light oak and lingering vanilla sweetness, with a soft, buttery warmth.
