Rum Finish
A tropical adventure from the West Midlands. This single malt was fully matured in a Plantation Rum cask, imparting a riot of sweet, fruity, and funky notes. Made using Laureate barley and a mix of Kveik Hornindal and Hercules yeast for extra estery energy.
Pineapple cubes, mango syrup, clove-studded sugar, and a lively kick of rum funk.
Bananas in brown sugar, vanilla cream, and lime zest over tropical fruit salad, with a hit of cinnamon and coconut.
Warm, spiced, and fruity with a golden syrup sweetness that hangs on.
