West Midlands Distillery Bourbon Quarter Cask - Inaugural Release 70cl Whisky

This English single malt began life in a first-fill bourbon barrel, which was re-coopered down to quarter cask size and re-fired to intensify the wood influence. Made with Plumage Archer barley and Kveik Hornindal yeast, it’s a bold, spicy dram with flashes of toasted oak and distant smoke.
